The Terms of Use are intended to explain the rules of using Snapure (the Application, us, we, and our), which apply to all users who have downloaded and installed the Application. Please note that you automatically agree to all points of this document. If you disagree with the rules described here, immediately remove the application from your device. Snapure can make changes to these terms without prior notice to users. As soon as changes appear in these Terms of Use, you automatically agree to them. Any violation of the rules may lead to your account being blocked without warning from the administration. Therefore, we recommend you review the document occasionally to be aware of the Snapure usage rules.
Usage Policy
As mentioned above, all users follow the same rules, and everyone is solely responsible for their subsequent actions:
• It is prohibited to download or distribute content not permitted by law.
• Organizing or participating in illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
• You are not allowed to harm, insult, or discriminate (based on gender, religion, sexual inclinations, race, age, ethnicity, nation, and disability) against other people when using Snapure.
• The application's source code must not be accessed or shared without the prior official permission of the Snapure owner.
• You are not allowed to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others when using Snapure.
Limited warranties and Liability
The application cannot guarantee the system's reliability. When using Snapure, the user uses our services as is. In case of any damage caused during the system's operation, you also confirm that you will not make any claims against Snapure and its owners.
We do not view your websites and applications while Snapure is enabled. It follows that we are not responsible for the websites visited and purchases made by our users. Snapure does its best to make its services available at all times. However, unpredictable and uncontrollable obstacles, such as poor connection or VPN services, can change, and from time to time, this goal cannot be achieved. Snapure is not responsible for accidental deletion, non-delivery, or incorrect data redirection due to network or application problems. Snapure reserves the right to limit the application's capabilities at its sole discretion.
